Once the program has been downloaded, please double-click on the sc-cleaner.exe icon that will now be on your desktop. Just wanted to say as a workaround if you right-click on the link in a web page, where you would normally just left-click and zip off to the place you want to go --- right-click and choose "Copy Link Location" --- then paste that into the address bar it seems to avoid the redirection thing.
